Biman Bangladesh holds a workshop on direct data solution

International Air Transport Association conducted an online training workshop on Direct Data Solutions for the officers of the Marketing & Sales, IT, Accounts, Central Control, Corporate Planning, and Accounts Departments of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines Managing Director and CEO Shafiul Azim (Additional Secretary) was the chief guest at the workshop.

International Air Transport Association trainers Vishal Dehia and Manish Nair provided online training in the training workshop in the presence of Biman Bangladesh Airlines Director Marketing and Sales Mohammad Salauddin.

 Biman Bangladesh Airlines will be able to do proper fleet planning through proper market research through direct data solutions. Besides, with the help of this system, it will be possible to determine profitable destinations and future profitable destinations through passenger statistics of airlines, revenue analysis, revenue management, sales statistics, agency sales, and other necessary statistics analysis.

The Direct Data Solution Agreement was executed between Biman Bangladesh Airlines and the International Air Transport Association on 30th August 2023.
