Shahjalal Islami Bank’s 23rd AGM held

The 23^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 30^th May 2024 through Digital Platform (with Online Video Conference). The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank A. K. Azad, MP presided over in the meeting. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved 14 percent Cash dividend for the Shareholders and the Directors reported & audited Balance Sheet and the profit & loss account for the year ended on 31^st December 2023. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank A. K. Azad, MP & the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed delivered speech in the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The SEVP & Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar moderated the program.

Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus, the Directors of the Bank Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. Sabrina Mehzabin, FCA, the Independent Scrutinizer Partner of Jasmin & Associates Jasmin Akter, FCA, the CFO of the Bank Jafar Sadeq, FCA and the Share Holders participated in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) through digital Platform.
