SJIBPLC donated Tk 1.50 cr for facilitating flood- affected people

In order to provide financial assistance to the flood affected people in various districts of the country including Feni, Noakhali, Chittagong and Cumilla as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC, the Bank donated Tk. 1 crore 50 lac to Hon’ble Chief Adviser Relief & Welfare Fund for the help of flood affected people on 02^nd September 2024. The Company Secretary of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Md. Abul Bashar handed over the cheque to Faruk E Azam, Bir Protik, Hon’ble Adviser, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. At that time the Joint Secretary of Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief Anjon Chandra Paul and the FAVP Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Md. Sanaur Rashid (Sagor) were also present.
