FSIB working to implement economic ideology of Prophet (SW)– Chairman
A discussion mahfil on ‘Economic ideology of the Prophet (SW)’ was held at First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) Head Office on 16th September 2024, Monday on the occasion of the birthday of Prophet (SW). Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Chairman of the bank was the Chief Guest in the program held through digital platform and broadcasted live in social media. The Chief guest said, FSIB is playing an important role in the socio-economic development of the country by implementing the economic ideology of Prophet Muhammad (SW). More than 1000 officials of the bank participated in the program. He urged all the employees of the bank to work sincerely in establishing a balanced and compassionate society by reducing discrimination in the economy through equitable distribution of wealth.
‘FSIB will be an institution to meet the needs of every family’ to making it true, the Chairman of directed the Bank officials to invest the locally collected deposits in the respective areas by following the distributive justice of Islamic economy to reduce the regional disparity of investment.
In the meeting, other guests highlighted various aspects of the philosophy of Muhammad (SW) and urged to implement his economic philosophy in the financial sector. By following Al-Quran and philosophy of Muhammad (SW), Islamic banking system has emerged with the goal of establishing a discrimination free compassionate society for the people, the speakers said and called upon to successfully implement and expand of this banking system.
They said that the islamic banking system has strengthened its position internationally by following the islamic financial systems. In this consequence, they urged the customers to take FSIB’s shariah complied and technologically advanced banking services.
Presided over by Syed Waseque Ali, Managing Director, the Members of the BoD, Additional Managing Directors, Deputy Managing Directors along with other Executives addressed the program. Maulana M. Shamaoun Ali, Member Secretary of Shariah Council conducted the Munajat in the Mahfil.
