The dinner buffet will take place in Water Garden Brasserie which will be transformed with decorative elements inspired from the cultures and history of South Asian countries creating a 5-star quality ambience for diners. The dinner buffet is priced at BDT 6,300 per person (all-inclusive) and the Lunch buffet will take place only on the day of Durga Puja, priced at BDT 5800 Net. The buffet highlights all the delicacies of South Asian Cuisine to celebrate the diverse and versatile flavours of South Asia! Diners can start with a versatile array of international salads, soups and freshly cut fruits with an assorted cheese board as always. The main dishes consist of popular food items from South Asian countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Bangladesh and more! To mention a few, guests will enjoy Sri Lankan black pepper chicken, the famous Pakistani Mutton karahi gosht, the impeccable Afghani Kabuli pulao with Afghani tangdi kebabs followed by Maldivian delights of Mas Riha, Kulhi Boakiba and many more! Highlight of this buffet would have to be the three live stations which are the Grill Station, Live Jilebi and Pitha station along with a Bengali fish curry station! The grill station will create smoky Shish Tawook, beef steak, kofta halabi, shish kabab and more! Guests can also enjoy hot and freshly fried jalebis and pithas in the sweet live corner! The buffet ends with the elite sweets of South Asian Cuisine like Sandesh, Shan Papri, Laddu, Barfi, Golap Jam, Sponge Rasgulla and many more!
With this delicious spread of South Asian flavours, infused to serve guests, Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has also kept guest entertainment in mind as the restaurant will be transformed into a festive themed dining space and in addition, there will be live musicians who will create the festive atmosphere through performing instrument music.
Apart from this delicious buffet arrangement, on the day of Durga Puja, there will also be a Chef’s Special Puja Thali priced at BDT 3500 Net available at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden’s exotic and picturesque poolside deli café known as ChitChat!
