385th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held
The 385th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque & Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
