First meeting of Biman Officer’s Association held

The first meeting of the newly formed Biman Officers Association (BOA) was held in the mini conference room at Balaka Bhaban on January 1, 2025.

The meeting focused on discussing and finalizing the submission of employee demands to the management.

 In attendance were the President, Sr. Vice President Mofizul Islam, Secretary General Md Moin Uddin, Vice President, Organizing Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, Office Secretary, Literature Secretary, Religious Secretary, Welfare Secretary, and Executive Members.

The main agenda of the meeting was to propose an increase in various allowances for employees, with the goal of improving their welfare and motivation.
