On the 17th and 18th of June 2024, Water Garden Brasserie will offer an exquisite lunch
buffet at BDT 5300 Net and a dinner buffet at BDT 5800 Net. The carefully curated menu
blends traditional and international flavors to cater to all palates. Guests can enjoy an array of
refreshing salads, including traditional Bangladeshi salad, Hawaiian coleslaw, Greek salad,
and Russian salad. Appetizers include mushroom cream soup, clear vegetable and seafood
soup, assorted cold starters, smoked fish, and various meats.
The main dishes showcase Eid specials such as traditional style crunchy beef ribs, chicken
roast, beef nehari, beef mezbani, mutton nalli gosht, chana dal fry, and chicken teriyaki
skewers. For those who enjoy Western flavors blended with traditional delights, the menu
offers beef steak with shiitake mushrooms, mutton shepherd’s pie, and pan-fried fish with
capers sauce. A live station will create locally inspired beef chaps with incredible spices,
ensuring an authentic taste experience. Desserts include kheer cham cham, kheer sandesh,
rosh malai, halwa, crème caramel, and crème brûlée.
At the poolside ChitChat Deli Café, guests can enjoy more than just the beautiful view and
delicious coffees. For the first three days of Eid, the café will feature special live stations,
offering doner kebabs and fuchka on the first day, beef fajitas with fuchka on the second day,
and falafel sandwiches on the third day, all priced at BDT 550++.
