The 383rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 21st August 2024 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

A. M. Majedur Rahman & Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
