Biman gets new planning and training director

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has appointed Mohammad Mominul Islam as its new Director of Planning and Training. The appointment was confirmed in a letter signed by the Managing Director and CEO of the airline earlier on Sunday. 

With a distinguished career spanning 38 years at Biman Bangladesh Airlines, Islam brings a wealth of experience to his new role. His extensive background includes key positions such as Director of Procurement and Logistics Support, Director of Customer Service, and Director of Administration. His long tenure with the airline underscores his deep understanding of its operations and strategic needs.

In his new role, Islam will be responsible for overseeing the planning and training functions, aiming to enhance the airline’s operational efficiency and staff capabilities. His appointment is expected to contribute significantly to the ongoing development and success of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
