A French hospitality veteran, Mr. Beck began his career as Hotel Manager at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco before going on to lead luxury hotels and resorts across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over the past 18 years, he has held General Manager positions at nine international properties, including TUI BLUE Beach Resort & Spa in Cura\u00e7ao, Sea Cliff Resort & Spa in Zanzibar, Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya, Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in Bali, and Hotel Borobudur Jakarta a 695-room flagship property frequently entrusted with hosting Indonesia’s Presidency and visiting international delegations. What sets Mr. Beck apart is a career that began in the kitchen rather than the front office. A Certified Executive Chef trained with the American Culinary Federation, he went on to direct food production and operations for Len\u00f4tre (Accor Group) in France, overseeing more than 6,000 meals a day across restaurants, banquets and international events while leading a team of 485 chefs, including eleven Meilleur Ouvrier de France titleholders, France’s highest culinary distinction before taking on the Managing Directorship of Len\u00f4tre’s Egypt franchise.
