From richly spiced meat dishes to distinctive vegetarian preparations and traditional sweets, the festival celebrates the flavours that make Rajasthani cuisine so memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Main-course highlights include Laal Maas, Safed Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, Ker Sangri and Rajasthani Kadhi, accompanied by Bajre Ki Roti. Together, these dishes offer guests a journey through Rajasthan\u2019s hearty cooking, bold flavours and regional specialities. For a sweet finale, the Marwar Mithai Mahal dessert selection will feature Ghevar, Mawa Kachori, Malpua and Moong Dal Halwa, bringing the richness of traditional Rajasthani sweets to Dhaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The experience extends beyond the dining table. Traditional Rajasthani puppet performances, Live Music and folk artistry to life.
