The 70th executive committee (EC) meeting of Central Shariah Board for Islamic Banks of Bangladesh (CSBIBB) was held at the head office of First Security Islami Bank PLC in the city on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chairman of the EC of CSBIBB Mohammad Abdul Mannan presided over the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Among others, the Vice Chairman of the Board Principal Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain Mollah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC and Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Committee of ICB Islamic Bank and Dhaka Bank PLC Md. Farid Uddin Ahmad, Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Committee of Agrani Bank and The Premier Bank PLC Mufti Md. Muhibullahil Baki An-Nadvi, Chairman of the Sharia Supervisory Committee of Mercantile Bank PLC and Member Secretary of the Sharia Supervisory Committee of Bank Asia PLC Maulana Shah Md. Wali Ullah, Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director (Current charge) of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director (Current charge) of First Security Islami Bank PLC Abu Reza Md. Yahya and Managing Director (Current charge) of Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited Md. Akhtar Hossain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting was conducted by Mr. Md. Abdullah Sharif, Member Secretary of the Executive Committee and Secretary General of the Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
