With over 40 years of culinary adventure, Chef Mac has cooked his way across the globe\u2014from high-end resorts in Thailand to luxury hotels in the Middle East. Most recently leading the kitchens at W Doha Hotel, his illustrious journey includes key roles at Anantara Hotels, Burj Dubai, and working alongside Michelin-starred Chef Nobu at the world-renowned Nobu restaurants. He also served as the Executive Chef and Brand Ambassador of Spice Market by Chef Jean-Georges, a concept by the three-Michelin-starred chef, during his time in Doha. Chef Mac was appointed for exclusive, confidential hospitality assignments for the Royal Family in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and later in South Africa, where he collaborated with other Michelin-starred chefs. Renowned for his ability to lead large culinary teams and train them to the highest international standards, Chef Mac is a master of managing world-class kitchen operations.But beyond the titles and accolades, Chef Mac is someone who believes food should tell a story\u2014of place, of people, of emotion. Originally from Thailand, Mac is soft-spoken but sharp, fluent in English, Thai, Laotian, and conversational Japanese. Outside of the kitchen, you\u2019ll likely find him on a trail somewhere, hiking through hills or cycling to clear his mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
