K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among others, the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus &amp; Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, the Alternate Directors Mohammad Muslah Uddin Khan &amp; Mohammad Mosud, the Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, Nasir Uddin Ahmed &amp; Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md.
