The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mohammed Younus, the Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed &amp; Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md.
