Zamal Mollah, Independent Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Nurul Islam Khalifa, Independent Director Prof. Abu Hena Reza Hasan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Mahamud Hosain FCA, Member Secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Managing Director (Current Charge) Ataus Samad, Deputy Managing Directors Sami Karim and A.F. Shabbir Ahmad, Company Secretary&nbsp; Md.
