He has held senior leadership positions with prominent international hospitality groups, including IHG, InterContinental Dhaka, Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre and ONYX Hospitality Amari Dhaka.
He has a proven record of delivering strong commercial results, elevating brand positioning, and navigating the evolving dynamics of the hospitality sector. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Shamim is deeply committed to excellence and passionate about mentoring high-performing teams. His ability to inspire innovation, foster robust partnerships, and drive sustainable growth has earned him recognition across the industry.
In his new role at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, Shamim Al Mamun will lead the Corporate & Group Sales Team, focusing on developing strategic initiatives to expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.
