The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Abdul Hakim, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed &amp; Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md.
