The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus &amp; Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed &amp; Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.&nbsp; Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md.
