This year, the hotel aims to elevate that experience by presenting a culinary journey inspired by Turkey\u2019s rich gastronomic heritage. Chef Onhan Hasan Gaziantep, a specialist in traditional Turkish desserts with over two decades of professional experience, will showcase authentic Baklava and Kunefe. Joining him is Chef Celik Ahmet Melikgazi, renowned for his mastery of savory classics, who will present signature dishes including Shawarma, Tantuni, Kebab and Kofta. Together, they will curate a menu designed to offer guests a truly immersive and authentic Turkish Iftar experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the Turkish specialties, the buffet will also feature a wide array of traditional and classic Iftar items, blending international flavors with local favorites to cater to diverse palates.
