Biman Bangladesh Airlines and ACI have partnered to provide special \u201cHajj Care Packs\u201d for pilgrims performing the holy Hajj this year, as part of their bilateral cooperation.
The care packs were formally handed over at a ceremony held at Biman\u2019s head office \u201cBalaka\u201d on April 15.
Biman\u2019s Managing Director and CEO Kaizer Sohel Ahmed attended the event as chief guest, while Deputy Managing Director Syed Moin Uddin Ahmed was present as special guest. ACI Consumer Brands Division President Mohammad Rezaul Islam and Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Md Kamrul Hasan handed over the packs.
\u201cEnsuring the highest level of service for Hajj pilgrims is one of Biman\u2019s top priorities. ACI\u2019s courteous initiative will be particularly helpful for pilgrims on their journey,\u201d the Biman CEO said.
He added that this was just the beginning and that the airline would further enhance the standard and scope of its services in the future.
Biman\u2019s DMD praised the initiative and expressed hope that the cooperative relationship between the two organisations would continue in the coming years.
