Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre has introduced a special gastronomic event titled the \u201cUltimate Meat Feast,\u201d offering a curated dining experience aimed at meat lovers seeking premium cuts and diverse global flavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The four-day festival, scheduled from May 6 to May 9, 2026, is being held in collaboration with German Butcher, bringing a selection of high-quality meats and expertly prepared dishes to guests in Dhaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the hotel, the event will feature a wide array of grilled and steak options, including beef tenderloin, rib eye, striploin, T-bone steak, and beef tomahawk. Signature highlights include whole-leg beef brisket served from a live carving station and the classic beef Wellington, offering guests a premium fine-dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu further extends to a variety of international and fusion dishes such as Hungarian beef goulash, chargrilled BBQ short ribs, steak alla Fiorentina, beef brochette, and Tex-Mex beef enchiladas. Guests can also explore appetizers and live items like peri peri beef sliders and meatball soup, adding variety to the overall spread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incorporating regional flavors, the feast includes local and Indian specialties such as mutton dum biryani and murgh kali mirchi kebab, complemented by assorted naan and paratha. A range of side dishes\u2014including jacket potato, garlic mashed potato, Irish champ, and corn on the cob\u2014round out the main course offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dessert section is set to feature a broad selection of sweets, including Arabic desserts, churros, panna cotta, blueberry crumble, assorted cakes, fruit trifles, and traditional local delicacies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
