ATAB holds  first exchange meeting and Iftar Mahfil

On 19 March 2024, the first exchange meeting and Iftar Mahfil of the new committee of the Association of Travel Agents of Bangladesh (ATAB) was held at the Police Convention Hall, Ramna, Dhaka.
Md. Faruk Khan MP of the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism was present as the chief guest.
Md. Mokammel Hossain, Hon’ble Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism was present as a special guest.  Shafiul Azim,  Managing Director and CEO of Biman Bangladesh Airlines was also present.
It was presided over by Abdus Salam Aref, the newly elected President of Atab, and moderated by  Afsia Jannat Saleh, Secretary General of Atab.
The honorable guests praised the new leadership of Atab and expressed solidarity with this leadership, assuring Atab to cooperate in any work, stand by the Atab members to solve any problems and
He expressed his determination to work together with Atab for the development of the country’s tourism industry.

The President of Atab said that the leaders of Atab will work for the development of the country’s aviation and tourism sector by developing modern, contemporary, and smart systems by cooperating with the government and maintaining good relations with the interests of Atab members.
