376th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held
The 376th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 03rd April 2024 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors A. K. Azad, MP. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed were also present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary (CC) of the Bank A. H. M. Ashraf Uddin were also present in the meeting.
