413th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 413th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairman of the Board Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, A. K. Azad, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, the Independent Directors Md. Reazul Karim and Muallem A Choudhury were present in the meeting. 

Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
