Shorote Rosonabilash Returns to Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre with Bengali Flavours and Festive Hospitality

Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre welcomes back Shorote Rosonabilash, a celebration of traditional Bengali cuisine, warm hospitality and shared dining experiences. The special dinner buffet will take place at Attitude Restaurant from 18 to 24 October 2026, from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM daily.

Following the enthusiastic response to Rosonabilash six months ago, the festival returns in response to guests’ requests to enjoy its familiar flavours once again. Inspired by the comforting taste of a mother’s cooking, this edition brings the warmth of a Bengali family meal to a festive restaurant setting.

Menu highlights include mustard fish curry, prawn malai curry, kosha mangsho, freshly prepared luchi, steamed rice, traditional vegetable dishes and Bengali sweets. The selection celebrates the distinctive flavours of Bengali cooking, from fragrant spices and rich curries to the sweetness of a traditional dessert course.

Complementing the food, Bengali-themed décor will create an inviting atmosphere inspired by local culture and the autumn season. Thoughtful presentation and attentive service will place the guest experience at the heart of the festival, offering families and friends a welcoming space to dine, reconnect and celebrate.
