Concord breaks ground on new exclusive commercial tower

Concord has officially marked the groundbreaking of Concord Horizon Tower, a prime commercial development in Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka.

The project is being developed on approximately 40 katha of land. It will feature four basement levels, a ground floor and 11 upper floors. Concord Horizon Tower is being planned as a modern commercial destination for businesses seeking a well-designed and well-connected address in Dhaka, says a press release.

The project will combine contemporary architecture with efficient floor planning and modern building systems. The tower will feature four elevators and ample parking. Office floor sizes will vary across different levels. Several floors will offer around 12,000+ square feet of space.

The project will also include a range of modern facilities. These will cover fire safety and building security systems, building management and automation systems, energy-efficient and green features, office automation and smart access control.

Common amenities are also planned for the development. These include a café, gym and swimming pool, designed to support a more comfortable and contemporary working environment. Located in Tejgaon Industrial Area, Concord Horizon Tower is positioned within one of Dhaka’s established commercial zones.
