356th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. held
The 356th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim (Nazim) (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform) and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman; the Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed; the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
