ATAB distributes certificates among 20 participants conducting training on aviation industry

ATAB Tourism Traning Institute (ATTI) provided certificates to some  20 participants for receiving a training course on the business-boosting mechanism of the aviation industry and the tourism sector as well.

ATTI is a supporting component of ATAB that is recognized as the only training institution for the aviation industry.

ATTI is conducting short and long-term basis two training sessions on Ticketing and Reservation (NTVQF Level-2) in a bid to promote the aviation industry and the overall tourism sector of the country.

ATAB is involved in promoting the tourism sector of the country through undertaking multifarious promotional activities for the last 45  years and ATTI is one of the major visible approaches.

ATAB Secretary General Abdus Salam Aref was the moderator of the certificate distribution ceremony while ATAB President SN Monjur Morshed chaired the said occasion.

BIDA Executive Chairman (Senior Secretary) Lokman Hossain Mia was present as the chief guest in the program.

The Chief guest appreciated the ATTI for conducting a time-befitting training that would help boost the overall tourism sector and the economy of the country.

He underscored the need for further improvement of the tourism spots to gain higher economic contribution from the tourism sector of the country.

The chief guest finally appreciated the participants for receiving the training courses and he distributed certificates among them.

On the other hand, the ATAB authority also provided a crest to the chief guest.

ATAB Vice-President Afsia Jannat Saleh, Publication Secretary Atiqur Rahman, Cultural Secretary Toha Chowdhury, Executive Members, and other impact-oriented individuals of the organization were also present on the occasion.

 Actually, the Association of Travel Agents of Bangladesh (ATAB) is an apex body of travel agents registered by the government and it has around 3500 members all over the country. ATAB has been playing a vital role in the smooth development of the Aviation & Tourism sector in the country.
