375th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held
The 375th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 20th March 2024 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors A. K. Azad, MP. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform),Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque & Mrs. Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed were also present in the meeting. Besides the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
