Air Astra business partner meeting held in Sylhet

An exchange meeting was organized at Rose View Hotel, Sylhet on Thursday ( May 02), courtesy of Air Astra’s respected trade partners.

The representatives of different travel agencies of Sylhet were present at this event titled ‘Air Astra Business Partner Meet’. Air Astra Chief Executive Officer Imran Asif, Chief Commercial Officer Sohail Majid, and other officials of the company were also present.

Air Astra CEO Imran Asif said that Sylhet, a destination in the northeastern region of Bangladesh, is an important destination for Air Astra. Air Astra currently operates two daily flights on this route, more flights will be added to this route soon if passenger demand increases.

Apart from Sylhet, Air Astra is operating four daily flights on the Dhaka to Chittagong route, four on the Cox’s Bazar route, and three on the Syedpur route. Air Astra provides in-flight magazines and fun books for children for the convenience of premium passengers.

Passengers can purchase flight tickets from Air Astra’s website, mobile apps, sales offices, and online and offline travel agencies. Air Astra currently has three ATR 72-600 aircraft in its fleet, which are state-of-the-art turboprop aircraft built in France and capable of carrying 70 passengers. Air Astra will soon fly international routes as well.
