Nascent Gardenia Baridhara and ActivePulse Bangladesh Sign MOU to Promote Premium Hospitality and Active Living
Nascent Gardenia Baridhara and ActivePulse Bangladesh officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 1 September 2026 at Nascent Gardenia Baridhara, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration between the two organizations.
The partnership brings together the world of premium hospitality, wellness, active living, and community engagement, creating a framework for both organizations to support each other’s initiatives and develop meaningful experiences for their respective communities.
The MOU was signed in the presence of senior representatives from both organizations. From ActivePulse Bangladesh, the attendees included Md. Tanvir Hasan, Founder & CEO; Morsaline Ahmmed, Co-Founder; Kausar Rahman Sajjad, Assistant Manager, Corporate Affairs & Partnership; and Zihadul Islam, Executive, Event Activation.
Representing Nascent Gardenia Baridhara Hotel were Md. Shahadat Hossain, Operations Manager; Nazmul Hossain Majumdar, Director of Sales & Marketing; and Azizur Rahaman Niloy, Marketing & PR Executive.
The collaboration is expected to create opportunities for joint initiatives, promotional activities, wellness-focused programs, community engagement, and selected events. As part of the partnership, both organizations will work toward providing enhanced experiences and exclusive opportunities for their audiences.
