Golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka Announces Special Swimming Program for Children and Adults

To refresh both body and mind and to master an essential life skill this summer, Golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka has launched a special swimming training program for children and adults. Located in Banani, this well-known four-star chain hotel is now offering swimming lessons on its rooftop swimming pool for individuals aged six and up. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants can learn to swim in a safe and joyful environment.

Swimming is not just an excellent form of physical exercise; it also plays a crucial role in the mental development of children. It enhances the function of the heart and lungs, strengthens muscles, and improves flexibility. Furthermore, it is highly effective in managing obesity and plays a special role in boosting children’s confidence and focus. Through group training, children can also develop their social skills. Above all, swimming is an essential self-rescue skill to prevent drowning accidents, a skill every child should possess.

The training classes will be held on Fridays and Saturdays each week at Golden Tulip The Grandmark Dhaka’s charming rooftop pool. Separate sessions are arranged for children and adults to ensure a tailored and comfortable learning experience for all age groups.

Sixteen classes and practice sessions will be held where the costs will be BDT 15,000 for ages 6 to 11 and BDT 18,000 for ages 12 and above.
