Market n-Trance Ltd Signs MoU with Medinova to Offer Special Healthcare Benefits for Tourism Industry Partners

Market n-Trance Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Medinova Medical Services Ltd. to provide exclusive corporate healthcare facilities and special discounts for the tourism company’s B2B agents and industry partners.

The agreement, signed in Dhaka on May 25, will remain effective for the next two years and aims to strengthen healthcare accessibility for professionals associated with the tourism sector.

Under the partnership, all eligible B2B agents and associated partners of Market n-Trance Ltd., along with their dependents including spouses, parents, and children, will receive several corporate healthcare benefits at all branches of Medinova Medical Services Ltd. across Bangladesh.

According to the agreement, beneficiaries will enjoy thirty percent discount on Annual Health Check-up Packages with physician consultation and thirty percent discount on Pathology, Microbiology, Radiology, and Imaging Tests.

To avail the benefits, members will need to mention “Market n-Trance Ltd.” as the corporate reference code along with the respective business person’s name at the time of receiving services.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Md. Manowar Hossain, Managing Director of Medinova Medical Services Ltd., and Syed Shafat Uddin Ahmed Tomal, Managing Director of Market n-Trance Ltd.

Representing Medinova Medical Services Ltd. during the signing ceremony were Director and Chief Executive Officer Al Emran Chowdhury, Ali Arafat Bappi, and T M Shahdil Navin, Coordinator of the Corporate Unit.

Speaking on the occasion, Syed Shafat Uddin Ahmed Tomal said the initiative reflects a broader vision of ensuring the wellbeing and security of people connected to the tourism industry.

“Tourism is not only about travel; it is also about the wellbeing and security of the people connected to this industry. Through this partnership, we want to ensure that our B2B partners and tourism stakeholders receive quality healthcare support and corporate benefits,” he said.

Tomal described the initiative as an “Eid Gift” for colleagues and partners in the tourism sector, emphasizing the importance of care, responsibility, and shared wellbeing during the festive season.

He further noted that the collaboration aligns with the vision of building a more responsible, people-oriented, and welfare-focused tourism industry in Bangladesh.

Officials from both organizations expressed optimism that the partnership would strengthen corporate healthcare access for tourism professionals and serve as a positive example of inter-industry cooperation in the country.
