Standard Islami Bank holds its 428th Board Meeting
The 428th Board Meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on 28 June 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka. Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Gulzar Ahmed presided over the meeting.
It was attended by Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S A MD Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Md. Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, Ashit Kumar Saha, Jhahedul Alam and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq.
Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
