Standard Islami Bank holds its 431st Board Meeting

The 431st Board Meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC. was held on 19 August 2026 at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka.

Chairman of the Bank Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting. It was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman and Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed & Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq.

Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting.

Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director; Jabedul Alam, Deputy Managing Director; Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary and Mohammad Salah Uddin FCS, Chief Financial Officer of the Bank were also present in the meeting.
