54th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank Securities Limited held

The 54th meeting of the Board of Directors of Standard Bank Securities Limited was held on 28 September at Board Room, Head Office, Standard Islami Bank PLC. Dhaka.

Chairman Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting. The meeting was attended by the members of the Board Md. Zahedul Hoque, Bedowra Ahmed Salam, Farzana Sultana, Md. Shahedul Alam, Mohammed Lafizul Hoque, Riad Mahmud Chowdhury and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director; Md. Mizanur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary of Standard Islami Bank PLC. and Mohasin Howlader, CEO of Standard Bank Securities Limited were present in the meeting.
