Sammilito Islami Bank holds 1st Audit Committee Meeting
The 1st meeting of the Audit Committee of state-owned Shariah based Sammilito Islami Bank PLC was held on 29 September 2026 at the Bank’s Head Office.
Asma Akhter, FCA and Mohammed Ahsan Habib Chowdhury, FCA, members of the Audit Committee, Md. Monirul Islam, Company Secretary (CC) along with the Heads of Internal Control & Compliance Division of five verticals (EXIM Bank, Social Islami Bank, First Security Islami Bank, Global Islami Bank and Union Bank) of Sammilito Islami Bank were present at the meeting.
The meeting provided necessary directives to the bank management for compliance of the related act, rules and regulations to the banking operations.
