TCV: Can you tell us about your background and experience in the hospitality industry?
Musa Mohaned: I am a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the USA, and I bring with me extensive experience in the hospitality industry. I began my career as a Guest Service Agent and progressively advanced through various operational and leadership roles, served as a General Manager in upscale hotels in the United States. This journey has given me a strong foundation in both front-line service and strategic.
TCV: How long have you been leading this hotel, and what is your vision for its growth?
Musa Mohamed: I have had the privilege of serving many hotels as General Manager for over 20 years. My vision is to position Hotel Crystal Rose as a leading hospitality destination in Sylhet by maintaining high service standards, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting the local tourism industry.
TCV: With Eid-ul-Adha approaching, what special arrangements has your hotel made?
Musa Mohamed: Eid-ul-Adha is a joyous occasion, and we make sure our guests feel that spirit. This year, we’ve arranged an Eid Special family-friendly staycation packages. We aim to create a homely, festive atmosphere where families can relax and celebrate.
