11th Annual General Meeting of Global Islami Bank held

The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Global Islami Bank was held in hybrid system at Banquet Hall, Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka on 19 August 2025.

The meeting was presided over by Mohammad Nurul Amin, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank.

Independent Director and Vice Chairman Md. Zamal Mollah, Independent Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Nurul Islam Khalifa, Independent Director Prof. Abu Hena Reza Hasan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Mahamud Hosain FCA, Member Secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Managing Director (Current Charge) Ataus Samad, Deputy Managing Directors Sami Karim and A.F. Shabbir Ahmad, Company Secretary  Md. Manjur Hossain and other distinguished shareholders were present at the AGM among others.
