400th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 400th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 22nd October 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The 400th meeting of the Board of Directors celebrated with cutting a cake. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.  Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
