Standard Bank Appoints Mohammad Kaiser Alam Mozumder as Head of HRD

Standard Bank PLC has appointed Mohammad Kaiser Alam Mozumder as the Head of Human Resources Division.

A seasoned HR professional having more than 19 years of experience in Human Resources Management Kaiser Alam started his career with Eastern Bank and worked for a number of leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh.

Before joining Standard Bank, he served as Executive Vice President & Head of HR Division at The Premier Bank. He holds an MA and MBA in Human Resource Management along with a PGD in HRM and a Diploma in Social Compliance from BIM.

He also participated in several international training programs on HR Management and Leadership. Standard Bank is hopeful that, Kaiser Alam’s expertise and leadership will further strengthen the Bank’s human resources and contribute to its continued growth and excellence.
