Parvej Miah Promoted to Deputy General Manager at Sublime Facilities Management

Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., a concern of the Pandughar Group, has promoted Mohammad Parvej Miah to the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM), recognizing his outstanding performance, leadership capabilities, and long-standing contribution to the facilities and hospitality management sector.

With more than 19 years of professional experience in housekeeping and facilities management, Parvej brings extensive expertise to his new role. His career includes over eight years of international experience with world-renowned luxury hotels in Dubai. Before joining Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., he worked with prestigious hospitality brands such as One & Only Royal Mirage and One & Only The Palm, Dubai, where he held key operational and supervisory responsibilities.

Parvej also served as Housekeeping Manager at Hotel Sarina, Banani, Dhaka, from December 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, he worked as Executive Housekeeper at The Olives Suites, Dhaka, from December 2018 to December 2019.

Since joining Sublime Facilities Management Ltd., Parvej has played a pivotal role in strengthening housekeeping and facilities operations across multiple client organizations under the Pandughar Group, including Polar Ice Cream, Dan Foods, and Urban Design & Developer. Before his promotion, he served as Assistant General Manager – Housekeeping, where he was responsible for operational planning, staff recruitment and training, SOP implementation, budget control, equipment management, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.

His professional excellence has also earned international recognition. In November 2020, Parvej secured first rank in Bangladesh and 16th rank across South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa in the prestigious “Power List 25 Housekeepers” published by Hotelier Web.

Parvej is a graduate of the Bachelor of Hotel Management and Tourism program from the National University. He has also completed several professional training programs in quality management, safety, chemical handling, service excellence, and first aid, both locally and internationally.
