GAC’s EV Brand AION Launched in Bangladesh by DHS Motors at Dhaka Motor Show

DHS Motors Limited, the official distributor of GAC Motor vehicles in Bangladesh, officially introduced the electric vehicle brand AION during the 19th Dhaka Motor Show.

The prestigious AION brand regularly ranks within the top 3 in sales in the extremely competitive electric vehicle (EV) markets of Thailand and China and have held the distinction of being ranked 1st in the Vehicle Quality rankings of China for three consecutive years.

The showcase featured the new EV models AION Y and AION V. The luxurious models are known for their feature-rich presence, elite comfort, spacious interior and excellent range. The AION Y possesses a 430km range, and the AION V clocks in with 485km per charge. Both vehicles have created a large buzz among the attendees of the show.

A special introductory offer was placed for both models for the duration of the Motor Show. The AION Y is currently available for 50 lacs, and the AION V is currently available for 62 lacs.

The introduction of AION strengthens the commitment of DHS to furthering the electrification of the automobile industry of Bangladesh and underpins a larger effort to make Bangladesh more environmentally sustainable.

Alongside AION, the GAC models EMKOO, EMZOOM and E9 were also present at the show. Launched in last year’s Motor Show, the ultra-luxurious MPV GAC E9 has drawn significant interest due to its best-in-class comfort and luxury. EMKOO and EMZOOM are among the most dynamic crossover SUVs in the market, and their strong appearance coupled with fully loaded features and excellent power make them a strong favorite among younger consumers.

Special offer prices are also in effect for these three models, with the EMZOOM available for 40 lacs, EMKOO available for 45 lacs, and the E9 available for 1 crore 16 lacs.
