ATF Dhaka, BOTOF Sign MoU to Boost Regional Tourism

The organizers of the 13th Asian Tourism Fair (ATF Dhaka) 2026 and the Bangladesh Outbound Tour Operators Forum (BOTOF) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 21 at Hotel Sarina, Banani, Dhaka during the Annual Members Meet 2026 of BOTOF.

The MOU was signed between the Asian Tourism Fair (ATF Dhaka), organized by Parjatan Bichitra, and BOTOF to establish mutual cooperation and strategic collaboration for the successful organization and promotion of the upcoming 13th Asian Tourism Fair (ATF Dhaka) 2026, scheduled to be held from 17–19 September 2026 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka.

Mohiuddin Helal, Chairman of Asian Tourism Fair and Editor of Parjatan Bichitra, signed the agreement on behalf of ATF Dhaka, while Chowdhury Hasanuzzaman, President of BOTOF, signed on behalf of BOTOF.

Under the agreement, BOTOF will participate as a Supporting Organization/Forum for the for organizing the ATF Dhaka 2026. BOTOF members will participate in the ATF-Dhaka with special discounted rates. The collaboration aims to establish B2B networking, strengthen outbound tourism promotion, regional tourism networking, and professional engagement among tourism stakeholders from Bangladesh and abroad.

The 13th Asian Tourism Fair 2026 will focus on Outbound Tourism, Domestic & Inbound Tourism, Medical Tourism, and Tourism Investment Showcase. The event is expected to host more than 300 exhibitors from over 15 countries, creating significant opportunities for destination promotion, tourism investment, knowledge exchange, and B2B networking.

Speaking on the occasion, both organizations expressed their commitment to strengthening cooperation between tourism stakeholders and promoting Asian Tourism Fair (www.asiantourismfair.com) as an important regional tourism networking platform.

The signing ceremony was attended by BOTOF members, tourism professionals, industry leaders, Airlines representatives, Representations from different National Tourism Organizations (NTOs), Media professionals and invited guests.
