Standard Islami Bank Marks 27th Founding Anniversary

Standard Islami Bank PLC celebrated its 27th founding anniversary on June 3, marking the completion of 27 years of operations and the beginning of its 28th year in the banking sector.

To commemorate the occasion, the bank organized a discussion session and a special Dua program attended by senior officials and employees from across the country.

The event was moderated by Acting Managing Director Md. Siddiqur Rahman. Heads of all divisions participated in person, while branch managers and employees from all branches joined virtually.

Addressing the gathering, Md. Siddiqur Rahman emphasized the importance of maintaining strict compliance with Shariah principles in all banking operations. He also urged employees to continue contributing to the bank’s growth through professionalism, dedication, and the adoption of technology-driven banking services.

He highlighted the bank’s achievements over the past 27 years and expressed optimism about its future growth, stressing the need to enhance customer service and strengthen operational efficiency in an increasingly competitive banking environment.

The anniversary program concluded with prayers seeking continued success, stability, and prosperity for the bank, its customers, stakeholders, and employees.
