Hotel Sarina Dhaka Hosts Grand Baishakhi Bhoj to Celebrate Pohela Boishakh
Hotel Sarina Dhaka is set to celebrate Pohela Boishakh with a grand culinary event titled “Baishakhi Bhoj,” offering guests a rich and immersive experience of traditional Bangladeshi culture and cuisine.
Pohela Boishakh, observed on April 14, marks the beginning of the Bengali New Year and is widely celebrated with enthusiasm, cultural festivities, and traditional food. To commemorate the occasion, the hotel has organized a specially curated dining experience aimed at showcasing the authentic flavors of Bangladesh.

The Baishakhi Bhoj features an extensive buffet spread with more than 100 items, including signature dishes such as Panta Ilish, Bhuna Khichuri, a variety of mashed preparations, traditional curries, lentils, pickles, and classic desserts. The event is designed to offer guests a comprehensive culinary journey reflecting the diversity and heritage of local cuisine.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, the hotel premises will be decorated with colorful flowers and traditional elements, creating a vibrant and culturally rich environment for guests.
The exclusive buffet will be available on April 14 at Summerfields restaurant, located on Level 2 of the hotel. Two sessions have been arranged for guests:
Lunch Buffet: BDT 2000 net per person (12:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
Dinner Buffet: BDT 2500 net per person (6:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
According to hotel authorities, the response from guests has been highly positive, with significant interest already generated. Reservations are currently open, and guests are advised to book in advance to secure their seats.
