Biman, ACI join hands to provide ‘Hajj Care Packs’ for pilgrims

Biman Bangladesh Airlines and ACI have partnered to provide special “Hajj Care Packs” for pilgrims performing the holy Hajj this year, as part of their bilateral cooperation.
The care packs were formally handed over at a ceremony held at Biman’s head office “Balaka” on April 15.
Biman’s Managing Director and CEO Kaizer Sohel Ahmed attended the event as chief guest, while Deputy Managing Director Syed Moin Uddin Ahmed was present as special guest. ACI Consumer Brands Division President Mohammad Rezaul Islam and Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Md Kamrul Hasan handed over the packs.
“Ensuring the highest level of service for Hajj pilgrims is one of Biman’s top priorities. ACI’s courteous initiative will be particularly helpful for pilgrims on their journey,” the Biman CEO said.
He added that this was just the beginning and that the airline would further enhance the standard and scope of its services in the future.
Biman’s DMD praised the initiative and expressed hope that the cooperative relationship between the two organisations would continue in the coming years.
ACI’s Consumer Brands Division President said, “We consider ourselves extremely fortunate and proud to be a partner in Biman’s noble service-oriented activities. ACI hopes that we will be able to deliver this service to all Hajj pilgrims in the future.”
