Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre to Host Pahari Food Festival

Holiday Inn Dhaka City Centre will host “Tin Paharer Golpo – Pahari Food Festival 2026” from August 19 to 31, bringing the flavours and cultural traditions of Bangladesh’s hill regions to the capital.

The festival will highlight the culinary heritage of Rangamati, Khagrachhari and Bandarban through a specially curated buffet featuring traditional Pahari dishes and regional ingredients.

The menu will include Pahari Chicken Hebaang, Bamboo Chicken Biryani, Bamboo Shoot Chicken, Mutton Hebaang, Chicken Mundi, Chingri Mundi, Dim Mundi, Traditional Laksu, Pahari Momos, Pahari Noodles with Spicy Chicken, hill-style fish preparations, Binny Bhat, seasonal hill vegetables and Binni Chaler Payesh, among other dishes.

The buffet is priced at Tk 7,999 net per person. Guests enjoying the festival buffet will also receive complimentary access to the hotel’s swimming pool.

The hotel will create a Pahari-themed atmosphere with specially curated stalls showcasing elements of the lifestyle, culture and craftsmanship of the hill regions. A hill-inspired fountain installation in the lobby will also be featured during the festival.

Live music and traditional Pahari dance performances will add to the cultural programme, giving guests an opportunity to experience elements of the hill communities alongside the food.
